Your good deeds and your photos are all that remains after you.

A 50% deposit amount is due upon signing the contract with me and is non-refundable.

Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance. Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer.

If the Couple reschedules/postposes the Wedding and RAP is available on the new date, then all amounts paid to RAP (the retainer and, if paid, the remaining balance) will be applied to the new date without reduction or penalty. If the new date is more than two years from the date this Agreement is signed, RAP may bill the Couple for any increase in standard rates being charged to new clients who purchase an equivalent package.If the Couple reschedules the Wedding and RAP is not available on the new date or if the Couple cancels the Wedding, then RAP will keep all amounts paid (the retainer and, if it’s less than one month until the Wedding, the remaining balance) and this contract will terminate, and RAP will not be responsible for providing any services to the Couple.

Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.

Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply. Reshoots can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the hourly package rate.
